The list of accepted research works, their authors, best research, and so on, is not published online because for three long decades, certain entities prone to criminal activity, operating perfectly and covertly within the European / Ibero-American university narco-ecosystem, have been attacking us and setting up Trojan horses. For example, by cloning committee members, flooding participants with advertising or spam, sending anonymous defamatory messages, infiltrating saboteurs into our events, discrediting on social media, copying innovative strategies and solutions to solve problems, and countless other illicit activities that go unpunished academically, professionally, legally, economically, ethically, etc., throughout the Americas and Europe.
