Fees and Information about Registration

Note 1. All authors and presenters of invited research works, regularly submitted papers, posters, demos, doctoral consortium, research-in-progress, program chairs and co-chairs, scientific committee members, and members of cooperating or sponsoring organizations, receive this discounted registration fee. A supplemental registration fee of 55 € is added, if you are not eligible for the discounted registration fee.

Note 2. An official letter from your University or other educational institutions, duly signed and stamped, indicating your current student status, must be presented (in English) when registering at the Conference. • Author(s) can present more than one research works. In other words, one (1) registration is equal to two (2) research works. For example: Paper #1 and paper #2; or paper #1 and short paper #2; or paper #1 and poster #1; or demo #1 and research-in-progress #1; among other possible combinations. • Certificate of participation
• Conference proceedings (Color = digital version and B/W = paper version). Digital version off-line (conference room/s) and analogical / paper version next December 2026 / January 2027 (after conference)
• Cultural experience
• Local excursion in London
• Refreshment breaks
• Participation for the selection of the best contributions (paper, short paper, demos, research-in-progress, poster, etc.) and best research awards (certificate and voucher to spend at Blue Herons Editions)

Payments by PayPal / Western Union / Bank transfer.

Send us a scanned copy of your payment by email: Secretariat.SETECEC.team@gmail.com. Please ensure that you pay any charges you bank may charge, for example. If we do not receive the full amount due before the early registration deadline the full late rate may become payable. We will send you confirmation by email when we have received your payment and your registration is complete.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations received in writing by April, 10th 2026 will be fully refunded, less € 40 which will be deducted for administrative and bank expenses. For cancellations received after this date, please see the following cases:

1) For authors of papers, short papers, demos, posters, and so on: Inclusion of research works in the International Conference Proceedings is conditional upon registration of an author by May, 2nd 2026. After this date, submitted contributions will be forwarded to the Publisher for inclusion in the Conference Proceedings.

2) For authors and non-authors: No refunds will be made from 04.15.2026 onwards.

Additional Notes

• All International Conference fees are in €uro
• Additional pages for papers: € 25 each (maximun 4 pages)
• Extra digital proceedings (while available) may be purchased for € 25
• Handbooks and proceedings (analogical) should be paid directly at the publishing house (special discount for the author/s and/or participants)
• Accompanying person must register with a full participant or student but takes no part in the International Conference (i.e., She/he cannot talks in the conference or a published research works)
• International registrants should be particularly aware and careful about visa requirements, and should plan travel well in advance
