:: How to Measure the Qualitative Efficiency of Artificial Intelligence in the Classroom?
This presentation aims to determine the main cognitive and social network mechanisms that have influenced the formation of Generation Alpha, through the alienating process of Generation Omega, based on a before, now, and after. A wide range of examples taken from Professor Veltman's studies in the context of cultural heritage establish a communicative human model originating in Indian culture and projected throughout the rest of the Eurasian continent. This model is compared with the theoretical and practical paradigms of European pedagogy (1990 – 2020), with the main applications of artificial intelligence ranging from secondary to university studies, encompassing various scientific disciplines.
:: The End of Scientific Knowledge in Ibero-American Engineering
For years, publications in conference proceedings, specialized journals, books, and other media were used to measure scientific knowledge. With the rise of the internet, paper gave way to digital formats, thus streamlining and democratizing access to information in databases. Simultaneously, online search engines were established, until the first metrics for measuring the quality of scientific output appeared in the form of indexes, which are currently concentrated in algorithms such as Google's. However, these indices have not taken into account university corruption, such as nepotism, cronyism, and narco-education, which is corroding educational structures through entities that engage in criminal activity –whether private, public, or hybrid– operating under the guise of institutes, associations, trusts, foundations, etc., related to cutting-edge scientific topics ranging from artificial intelligence to military drones. This is the end of scientific knowledge. This beginning of the end in Ibero-American engineering is not only observable but verifiable in national and international networks that place corrupt individuals as architects or managers of scientific publications, starting with specialized journals, indexed by ACM, IEEE, Springer, and so on.
